Jack Ruby was a supporter of Regan, and a proud conservative. When Rubinstein shot Lee Harvey Oswald, it was not in revenge of the assassination of Democratic President elect JFK, instead it was an attempt to stop the proceedings and a trial. In killing Oswald he swept the whole affair under the proverbial rug.Jack Ruby get's a shout out in all of our favorite rock doc's, The Last Waltz. Robbie Robertson tells a story about a decrepit night club in Texas, that was literally roofless. Anyway between the 5 patrons in the whole joint, a fight breaks out. The Band later found out Ruby owned the club.

Woody was never married to Mrs. Farrow, nor was he ever Soon-Yi Previn' legal step father. Something about the fact that he married Soon Yi and since has adopted two children with her, makes the affair legitimate and less Nabokov like.
