in the know no?

So i am in california visiting old roomates and playing tennis. it's balmy. my neck is red like nas- car and my are calfs pretty rosey too. no complaints ive been enjoing all the suns vitamins.
i went shopping @ a store that was featured in that flick lords of dog-town. it's called sbi, anyway the original fella (store owner) was kinda responsible for skateboardings big boom in the late 70's in california. long story short after walking in the store i noticed they carried stuss. that means stuss approves of the way this place opperates, anywho the homies working were real helpful and told me they (3 of em) had all been working at sbi for more then ten years. they took me in back and let me look through some boxes of tee's and sold em too me at cost 9.99 a peace. so shit, i was like uhhh im speechless, you guys are real friendly and i appreciate it much. then they told me shawn ( stussy ) who they were apparently on a first name bases with is really trying to keep the cost of his gear affordable for "bro's". at this point i was taking a real liking to these men and i thought it wouldnt be so bad if i turned out like one or the other. they showed me a pile of sets that were made before alloy wheels, real peices of history. we shared a butt outside, and it occured to me i might have found a local friendly hook. i was right. these are the sort of people that help to build good faith in humanity, doing small solids for strangers without asking anything in return. i was camera-less. but i do have dozen or so photo's to post of other things. plussss you will see all my bargain stuss tee's on my back this summer..or should i post them and show you now..

my dad is coming to see me for more then a week and im looking forward to soaking up some moto. below is a picture of him i took last summer, he's hiding that screwdriver in his hand because it was about still before lunch. sorry if this has been scattered but im just worn outtt.
